Ideas in, Inc. is a Mom and Pop shop. Our passion is putting funding in the hands of the difference makers. Whether it be state funding to add energy efficient lighting to a baseball field in a low income neighborhood or foundation funding to cover the cost of mental health support groups for veterans, we are fully committed to getting the grant. Brook Leighton has a degree in English from Princeton University, where she won the Samuel Shellabarger Memorial Award for outstanding thesis in Creative Writing. Brook holds a law degree from Fordham University School of Law. Brook has been grantwriting since 2006, winning millions of dollars each year.
Matt Leighton handles the operations, business development, and research. He graduated from New York Institute of Technology, and has a wealth of experience in sales, talent acquisition, and operations.
